- Hi! My name is Andrea Leigh Rogers. I am the creator and owner of Xtend™ Workout, LLC. and have been a professional dancer and choreographer since age 18. With an extensive background in dance, I have performed with various celebrities and recording artists, traveled the country as a member of several professional dance companies and was under contract as a principal dancer for the Walt Disney World Co. For over ten years I have been involved in teaching both dance and Pilates to numerous students across the US and Canada. My clients include men, women, teens, professional athletes, those who have just started working out, and those who are seasoned fitness pros. In 2006 I combined my passion for dance and fitness to create a no-nonsense technique that sculpts bodies into lean, strong, “dancer-like” physiques. I debuted the technique as “a la barre” at Pulse Pilates studio in Boca Raton, where the program quickly became the hottest and most sought after workout in the area and soon after Xtend was born.
